 Terms of Service  Implementation Requirements
Use Shopify's current Terms of Service template as the base Terms of Service for each store. The final Terms
should incorporate the store's actual business information and remain consistent with the Return & Refund Policy and
Shipping Policy in this package.
At minimum, the Terms should address:
• Store use and eligibility;
• Product information and pricing;
• Order acceptance and payment;
• Fraud prevention and order cancellation;
• Shipping and delivery;
• Returns and refunds;
• Intellectual property;
• Third-party services and links;
• Prohibited use;
• Disclaimers and limitation of liability to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• Severability;
• Changes to the Terms;
• Governing law as appropriate; and
• Customer contact information.
No provision should attempt to waive a consumer right that cannot legally be waived
